The project included new lower bowl seating, expanded restroom facilities, improved ADA-accessible sidewalks, and structural foundations for a future upper grandstand. With a fixed completion deadline regardless of mobilization, the team implemented a detailed, continuously updated schedule to track progress and maintain momentum, adjusting for site conditions, including stadium occupancy and weather-related impacts.
Quality control was maintained through strict adherence to specifications, led on-site by Operations Manager Jamie McCandless. Measures included coordinating with the concrete supplier to ensure only approved mix designs were delivered and conducting thorough internal inspections prior to official reviews. All inspections were documented in a comprehensive log, ensuring compliance and preserving an accurate record of the project.
