DACG completed a 30,000 SF, $15.5M modernization project at Stenstrom Elementary School, upgrading the 1988 campus into a more efficient, safe, and modern learning environment. Improvements included a full HVAC system replacement, a new Building Automation System, chiller replacement, LED lighting upgrades, fire alarm enhancements, and refreshed cafeteria and classroom finishes.
Because the school remained fully operational during construction, DACG implemented a specialized Safety Plan to maintain clear separation between students and active work zones. Through smart lock technology, structured delivery and access schedules, and consistent communication with faculty, the team ensured minimal disruption to daily instruction while delivering a first‑class renovation.
