The Life Time Fitness Pickleball Court Renovation project included the complete reconstruction and enhancement of two pickleball court areas to improve performance, durability, and guest experience. Work consists of installing two new post‑tension concrete slabs, applying a professional multi‑layer sport surfacing system, and modifying existing fencing to accommodate the upgraded courts. Additional improvements include selective paver removal and replacement, landscape restoration, and irrigation system protection and reinstallation.
