The Lake Howell High School Red Apple Dining Remodel project focused on upgrading the school’s food service program and dining facilities. Coordinated by the Red Apple Dining Services Department in partnership with the school and Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) Facilities, the renovation targeted improvements to both functionality and efficiency to the existing kitchen and dining spaces.
The scope included enhancements to approximately 19,000 square feet of existing space, with significant attention to updated conditioning and electrical systems. The project was designed to support a modernized dining experience for students while aligning with SCPS facility standards.
