DACG, Inc. successfully managed the Flagler Palm Coast High School CEP Replacement Phase 1 project, upgrading the Central Energy Plant (CEP) with new chillers, a pump skid, ice tanks, and a switchboard panel, along with site grading, drainage adjustments, and concrete work.
DACG is also renovating Building #12, including demolition, structural upgrades, roofing, flooring, MEP improvements, and site enhancements, strategically phased to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition to Phase 2.
