DACG partnered with Evermore Resort to deliver a collection of premier lagoon-side amenities designed to enhance the guest experience throughout the resort. The project included the construction of resort-style pools and spas, a signature water slide complex, restroom facilities, cabanas, decking systems, and supporting infrastructure that seamlessly blend recreation, comfort, and luxury.
Valued at approximately $4.6 million, the project also featured structural steel and wood architectural elements, utility improvements, hardscape installations, drainage systems, and specialty recreational amenities. Through close collaboration with the ownership and design teams, DACG successfully completed a high-quality destination resort project that showcases its expertise in complex hospitality and recreational construction.
