The Delta Hotel Laundry Building Addition was completed through a partnership between DACG, Inc. and KMA Design Group, LLC, involving extensive demolition, structural work, and system installations. The project included the removal of existing pavement, sidewalks, gates, and masonry walls, followed by the construction of a continuous foundation, concrete slab, and new sidewalks. Masonry work consisted of reinforced CMU walls and stem walls, while steel fabrication included framing, decking, and exterior railings. Roofing was completed with both a self-adhered PolyGlass HT system and a Sabre S. Tile metal roofing system, ensuring durability and performance.
The addition also featured advanced waterproofing, insulation, and finishes such as drywall, stucco, and painting. MEP systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections, were integrated, and sitework addressed grading, stormwater management, and utility connections. This addition enhances the hotel's laundry facilities, providing a robust, functional expansion.
