The Amanda Linear Park project transformed a key corridor in Altamonte Springs into a vibrant, accessible green space with an emphasis on landscaping, sidewalks, and paving. As Construction Manager at Risk, DACG worked closely with the City and stakeholders to create a pedestrian-friendly park that supports safety, sustainability, and mobility. The scope included Florida-friendly landscaping, efficient irrigation, and extensive hardscape features. New concrete sidewalks and paved pathways provide smooth, ADA-compliant access throughout the park and to nearby transit connections, complemented by lighting and utility upgrades for enhanced safety.
