Stadium Renovation at Lake Brantley High School
LONGWOOD, Fla. (May 10, 2013) — DACG was awarded a $794,605 contract for stadium renovation at Lake Brantley High School. The stadium, which was over 35 years old, looked its age in the amount of cracks, discoloration, and other cosmetic flaws.
While the stadium in Altamonte Springs, Fla., remains safe and in operation, there will be repairs to the bleachers and other renovations to the facility to prevent further deterioration. Tom Storey Field was finished and dedicated in November 1974.
DACG is a Longwood-based licensed general contracting firm with more than $150 million in previous educational facility construction projects, including campuses in Seminole County such as Tuskawilla Middle School, Seminole High School, Lake Howell High School, Oviedo High School and Jackson Heights Middle School campuses. Each of these campuses were occupied with students at the time of the work being completed.
