Founding DACG in 2010, Heather McCandless is a certified General Contractor for the State of Florida. Overseeing daily operations, finance, business development, and client services, she is also an OSHA 500 certified safety trainer, First Aid/CPR Instructor, Forklift, Aerial Lift and Earth Moving Instructor. Heather works with local businesses to improve job site safety practices and knowledge. Heather sits on the board for Advent Health for Children, She Is More Than, 100 Plus Women Seminole County and dedicates her time as a liaison through the Guardian Ad Litem program in Seminole County to improve the lives of local children. Heather is a youth sports coach and is an active supporter of the Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools.

A devoted father of five who has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, Jamie McCandless oversees daily construction operations, field activities and scheduling, as well as being a primary client liaison that coordinates with all stakeholders on each project. Additionally, Jamie has LEED project experience and is adept in all phases of green construction practices. Outside of his career, Jamie volunteers for and is part of the Mentor Program for Seminole County Public Schools, and coaches Pop Warner football.

A talented addition to our team, Katie Sarabasa has the technical skills, organization, and drive to ensure all projects go smoothly. With extensive resources available to her, she is constantly analyzing and improving project flow. Katie is an active member of the Seminole County chapter of 100+ Women Who Care, and volunteers with Little League Challengers Baseball.

Adis has been working in Commercial Construction for over 15 years. She has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and her passion for efficiency, impeccable attention to detail and ability to remain calm in stressful situations, makes her a great asset to our team. She's always looking for better ways to collaborate between departments. She actively participates in NAWIC - National Association of Women in Construction - and in her spare time enjoys gardening, beekeeping, yoga, scuba diving and fishing.

This mother of four and newest member of our team, is also an avid PTA member who has implemented her technological support to help organizations keep a tight reign on what matters most to her team.
