DAGC Hires Engineer As New General Contractor
DAGC Hires Project Engineer as the General Contractor Doubles in Size for 3rd Consecutive Year
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. – Florida General Contractor, DAGC, Inc., has hired another project engineer, Keri Strawder, as the general contractor doubled its revenues in 2013.
Strawder has more than 18 years of professional construction project engineer experience. She brings a solid track record of coordinating and maintaining construction projects, contract administration and accounting skills to the team at DAGC, Inc. She is also familiar with green building practices and has been involved in the U.S. Green Building Council. She had previously worked at KBR Building Group in Orlando since 1996 and earned her Building Construction Management degree from Seminole State College.
The hiring comes after the busiest year on record for DACG, Inc. During the past 12 months, a concrete restoration project for the Lake Brantley High School stadium at $793,000 and a concrete restoration contract for the Saxony Hotel in Miami Beach were among DACG’s largest, highest profile projects. The year ending in December 2013 was the third year in a row that DACG doubled its revenues.
In addition to accelerated growth in 2013, DACG recently moved to its current “green” offices in Altamonte Springs. The build-out of the offices included reused building materials, such as ceiling tiles, glass and carpet, as well as furniture all salvaged from existing building renovation projects.
The new location at 983 Explorer Cove in Altamonte Springs, Fla., is the headquarters for DACG. For more information visit our website at www.dacginc.com, call Heather McCandless at 407-960-4032 or contact us at email@example.com.
