DACGINC Hosts Earth Day Event
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. — DACGINC. will hold an Earth Day Open House at its green offices to showcase the many sustainable materials and methods they used to build out the commercial interior of their new headquarters.
DACGINC recently was awarded several high profile South Florida hotel projects at more than $4.1 million. These projects have resulted in the hiring of 25 new DACGINC positions and they are another reason DACGINC has doubled in size again as it has for the past three years running.
The hotel contracts awarded to DACGINC included: the Post Card Inn in Holiday Isle, and the Perry and the Saxony hotels in mid-Miami Beach. DACGINC was awarded the work through the general contractor Coastal Construction Group of South Florida, Inc. in Miami for the Post Card Inn and the Saxony Hotel. DACGINC worked for Plaza General Contractors, Inc. of New York, New York, on the Perry Hotel.

DACGINC provided the following services on the hotel projects:
Saxony Hotel – $1.6 million
• Concrete Restoration completed to bring 1950s era window frames up to current wind load requirements for occupied condominiums and hotel rooms.
• Project included demolition of an existing structure to make room for a parking garage and structural steel erection.
Perry Hotel – $1.2 million
• Also Concrete Restoration completed for windows and Stucco Restoration.
• The Saxony and Perry hotels are part of the Faena District Miami Beach multi-use area in mid-Miami Beach.
Post Card Inn $1.3 million
